Outlook 2000 HTML mail

Before we start, I am fairly thick !!!!

How difficult is it to send an email with the HTML page that I have created in Dreamweaver as the body of the mail ?

I get plenty of emails coming through like this and I would like to be able to keep my customers up to speed using interesting emails

Can anyone help an idiot ?????
