Outlook 2000 Import addresses

I am trying to import a group of addresses into Outlook
2000.
I can see the import / export options on the menu but
they are not available.
The file I want to import is in a .csv format, but that
wont help me if I cant get the import option started.

Please HELP!

The Import/Export wizards are optional. It would appear that they were not
installed when OL was installed. If you have your installation kit, you can
add them from Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs. Select Microsoft Outlook
(or Microsoft Office, if Outlook was installed with Office) and click
Change. You can then find the wizards and install them.
