Hello All,
I've got 3 users with Outlook 2000 configured in Internet Mail Only
mode with mailboxes on an IMAP server. All users access the same mailboxes
on the IMAP server. Every few minutes an error pops up stating:
"IMAP Server has closed the connection. This may occur if you have left the
connection idle too long."
It seems that as one user checks their mailbox, it disrupts the other one's
connection, causing this error. Is there a way to fix this issue?
I've extended the server timeouts to 5 minutes, but the errors still
pop up.
On another note, how does one edit/view the "From" field so that she
can reply on behalf of another email address?
