Hello
On one computer at the company, the users usually scan documents into PDF format, and
e-mail them to customers. Nevertheless, since 2 weeks ago it stopped doing it.
As I looked into the Sent Items Folder, there is the original Sent message whic
includes the PDF attachment. However the destination user still does not receive
I have done tests of taking that Sent Message and Forward it to another e-mai
within the company, and sure enough, the attachment appear as sent, but
checking in the destination e-mail address's Inbox, the message arrived WITHOU
the PDF attachment. Does anybody know what is going on and why i
Outlook stripping off the PDF file from the message
