outlook 2000 keeps shutting down

Ms Outlook 2000 Keeps shutting down with an unknown error. I have checked for
viruses and checked for any hidden processes and also have all of the latest
service packs.

Hi,
first, restart you computer and look if the problem also comup.
After that (if it will not solve your problem) run scanpst.exe to repair
your pst file.

Try run the outlook from "Start" -> "Run" -> and type "outlook.exe /s"
It will then run in the safe mode, and see if the outlook still keeps
shutting down.
