Outlook 2000 Links won't work w/Explorer 8

Hello...
Trying to get my links to work once again after downloading Explorer 8, in
the past they would just open Windows Explorer and work, now nothing...
Could someone give me some help on this?

If this doesn't fix the problem, we need a better description of the problem
and any errors you get:

You need to reset your internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options,
Advanced tab. (Or Control panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
