working on Outlook 2000 on workstations with win98.
On 2 of our workstations out of the blue, they will not
allow user to create a new message, forward a message, or
display the entire message. It locks up their computer
requiring a hard boot.
Have tried a number of remedies. Ironically, the only one
that worked was downgrading to Outlook 97
