outlook 2000 locks

I have a user who on a XP Professional SP2 machine did some kind of
"reinstall" of Office 2000. Now OUTLOOK 2000 hangs when loaded. (not
responding)
I've reinstalled Office 2000, loaded Office SR3 and still have the same
problem. She is a heavy email user and uses Outlook Express for most
functions. That works fine, but OUTLOOK 2000 (different email account) hangs.

Any idea?
