Outlook 2000 Mail Format Problems.

Hi,

I have a user that is using Outlook 2000 on an Exchange
2000 Server.

The problem is that she has internal emails turn up in the
correct mail format but lots of mails that are fowarded
from a bulk email address that all turn up in the wrong
mail format, they all turn up in Courier for some reason
and she wants them all in Rich Text Format.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Kind Regards

Ray

If am understanding correctly, the user is receiving email in the incorrect text and format (HTML, Rich
Text, etc).

Users do not regulate incoming formats and texts of email. They only have control over how email is
sent out of their mailbox. If someone forwards or sends an e-mail to the user in Rich Text and using
Times New Roman font, that is what the user will see.

The only exception is when you have designated the user to only receive specific formats on the
Exchange server. The mail server can "strip" or limit incoming and outgoing formats from all or
specifiic users.
