Greetings.
My company is in the process of phasing out e-mail
archives and limiting the length of time messages can
survive on the network. While actual archive files will
be banned and locked out, users are allowed to save
messages as separate message files. My question is two-
fold:
1) Is there anyway to mass-save all messages in a
mailbox, as individual message files (each message is
saved as it's own separate message file)?
2) Is there anyway to export the associated "directory
structure" during such a save? ( i.e. You have an "Inbox"
that contains "Customers", "Vendors", "Personal" sub-
folders, and they have subfolders as well, can you export
that to a directory structure such as
C:\inbox\vendors\xxxxxxx, c:\inbox\customers\xxxxxx, etc.?)
Thank you
