We have removed the "Options" option under Tools in
outlook 2000 merely because we didn't want our users to
change their own signature clauses and all sorts of other
changes. The problem is that I have to go to various
workstations to "reset" the Tools menu bar, go to options,
pull the standard signature from the network drive, then
removing the options button from the tools menu again. Is
there a macro that I can run to do this automatically
everytime there is a signature change in the company? Also
is there any way to change your "signature path" to a
network drive instead of browsing to a specific folder. It
would really save me a lot of work. Can anyone help? I am
very clude up with VBA in word but somehow can't get my
mind set on doing in Outlook. All help or links would be
much appreciated.
