Outlook 2000 MULTI-Calendaring Question-Please HELP

We have a user that maintains a calendar for her
supervisor and also maintains a calendar for the Marketing
Group. The same appts. that go in the supervisor's
calendar need to also go on the marketing calendar. Is it
possible to enter once, yet be posting on both at one time?

If I understand your question, this can be done easily. Set up the Marketing
Group calendar as a Resource Calendar. Resource calendars will
automatically accept meeting requests so they won't sit in the Inbox. Now
from the Supervisors calender when an appointment is created, invite the
Marketing Group as well. Under the Scheduling tab, change the Marketing
Group from a Required Attendee to a Resource. When the meeting request is
sent it will automatically be put on the Marketing Group calendar as well.

To make this more automatic so the Marketing Group is always invited as a
resource you can create a form that invites the Marketing Group. The form
can be set as the default form for the Supervisor if desired but this will
result in the Marketing Group getting every appointment. Hope this helps.
