Outlook 2000 no permission to log on

PC working ok. Another colleague used it to check his email. Now I am unable
to open my email from my PC. Message says "You do not have permission to log
on"

Does any one has any idea about this?
Please help. Desparate!

What type of account? Corporate/Workgroup or Internet Mail Only mode? What
version of Windows? Exactly what do you click in order to see that message?
