outlook 2000 old message rules and problem with contacts

Hi,

I'm having problems with message rules in Outlook 2000.
There used to be rules setup for moving messages to
certain folders but these were deleted. Since deleting
the rules messages seem to be save all over some even end
up in the imap Inbox. Outlook is setup to use IMAP if
this could make a difference. I know Outlook cannot save
sent items on the server as its not support but it should
save them in the pst file's sent items instead.

There is also another problem regarding the address
book / contacts list. The problem is if you write a new
email and click the TO button to view the address book
you can see people that don't have an email address which
you didn't see before.
