I've got several Windows 98 clients that are using Outlook 2000. In the last
few weeks a problem has come up that email messages printed from Outlook
2000 to an HP LaserJet 2300d print only the header and footer information
and do not print the body of the email message.
Typically, the messages are Rich Text messages that do not print the body.
All problem machines are running O2K service pack 3.
I originally thought the issue was a machine specific thing until two other
machines are experiencing the same thing.
Has anyone come across this problem and/or a fix for this problem?
Any help you can throw my way is greatly appreciated.
