I installed Outlook 2000 on a new computer. It has XP professional and the
other office components are Office 2003. I have been unable to start up
Outlook. The mailbox looks like it is about to open and I get a message of
"operation failed" in a dialogue box. When I click OK, outlook closes. I
have applied SP3 to office 2000.
