Outlook 2000 Out of Office Assistant.

The option "Out of Office Assistant", according to the
Help should be under Tools.
Please help me find out why is not in there.

If you don't connect to Exchange Server you don't have it. There are MANY
posts about this in this group - a little search would have given you the
answer.
