Hello: Two times recently we've had a problem with a
message containing an attachment hanging up in the outbox
and never sending. On the first one, we tried everything
to delete it from the outbox, but it will not allow you to
delete (highlighting and hitting the delete key, going
thru edit/delete -- these said the message was already
spooling to send and it could not be deleted, then we
tried dragging it to the recycle bin, etc.) At some
point, the message on the 1st machine disappeared with no
help. On the second machine, it's still there. Any
suggestions? HELP! JBB
