I created a password for my Outlook 2000 Personal Folders
a couple months ago. Until recently, every time I started
Outlook I was prompted to type this password. As of late,
every time I click the program icon on the taskbar it
opens the software automatically, without any prompts.
It's as if the password didn't exist, without having done
anything to change it or elliminate it. I've gone back to
the Personal Folders, right-clicked on it and
clicked "Properties" to set up a new password, but it
still isn't protecting my Outlook. What could be
happening?
