Outlook 2000 problem

Hi,
whenever the user exits outlook. it gets the following
message.

"Please wait while Microsoft Outlook exits"

I have SP3 for office installed.
Is there a hotfix for this ??

there is no hotfix because it isn't a problem
that is normal with an exchange account; i see it all the time here when we
used outlook 2000; doesn't do it under 2003

actually, there is a hotfix for this.
That's what a article says.
does anybody knows about this hotfix ??
