outlook 2000 problem

in outlook 2000 when i send e-mail to some one it is
delivered 4 times. can any one help me out to solve this
problem plz.

This can be a symptom of a too-short server timeout value. Try increasing
the server timeout on the Advanced tab of your accoutn property pages.
