Hello,
One of our users has encountered a curious problem while using Outlook
2000. They currently have 2 email accounts configured, with one being an
alias of the other. The expected behavior is to send and receive from
the default account most of the time, while having the ability to
manually select the secondary account to send certain messages. However
it appears that some, though not all, replies and forwards are being
sent from the secondary account even though they arrived addressed to
the default primary account. As I gather, Outlook's default behavior is
to send replies from the account they were sent to, so we're not too
certain why this is happening. Has anyone witnessed or found a solution
to such behavior? Sevice Pack 3 has not yet been installed, so perhaps
a bugfix in that may correct this, otherwise we're not too sure where to go.
