I receive the following error when opening any e-mail that
has a routed word document attached: "This message has
content that cannot be displayed with this version of
outlook, would you like to view the message yes Microsoft
Outlook Web Access?" Hitting the Yes button generates
another error "Can't open this item. Can't find this
file. Make sure the path and file name are correct." If
you hit cancel to the first window it does open the piece
of mail. Also the mail is displayed properly in the
preview pane.
I am at office service release 3, and am able to reproduce
this problem on several machines.
