I want to set up an autoreply rule for a certain account in Outlook 2000
basically saying "This account is no longer used". I set the subject I
wanted and the body, then used "Save As..." to save as a template. Then I
set up a rule to check messages after they arrive, reply using [the template
I saved] and move the message to a certain folder. However, when I sent a
message from another account to the autoreply account, I recieved a message
back with just re: [my subject] and a blank body, even though if I open the
template, the subject and body are intact. What do I need to do different?
The template doesn't appear to be working!
