Outlook 2000 Rules Wizard's "Import Rules" changed all named folders to "specified"

After reinstalling Outlook 2000 and attempting to import the rules file,
every rule previously entered has lost the folder where the e-mail that
meets the criteria is supposed to be moved. The word "specified" is in the
spot where the folder name used to be. Why have my folder settings been
lost?
