Outlook 2000 Runtime Error

Receive the following message when Opening Outlook 2000:
Visual C++ Runtime Library: Runtime Error: Runtime to
terminate in an unusual way. When you click on OK,Outlook
closes. I still receive messages, but can't get to them.
Help!
