Runtime error and Ribbon_Get DCVisable error

I get the following messages
1 "Custom IM Runtime Error in Microsoft Access Outlook Add-in for Data Collection and Publishing
and
2 An error occurred while calling the callback; "Ribbon_GetDCVisable"

I read some suggestions before I joined this forum but couldn't understand the instructions provided.
Can someone help me with these error messages?
