Outlook 2000 security problem.

When I attempt to start MS Outlook 200, I get the
following error.
Unable to open your default email folders. File access is
denied. You do not have the permission required to access
the file g:\]outlook\workFolders.pst.

There is a tract in the MS on-line support that tells
about a possible problem with the file secur32.dll. I re-
installed this, but it madeno differrence.

Any ideas appreciated

Is drive G a hard drive?
