Hi,
I am using Outlook 2000 SR1 and my collegue is also using
the same.
When he clicks on Tools -> Find, we gets the normal find
windows that opens.
The difference is that, to the left hand side (this is
normal find, not the advanced find), I get
Find items in Inbox
Searching:
From, Subject
My collegue gets
Find items in Inbox
Searching:
From, Subject, CC
The difference is I do not get the CC option.
Though I know that we can try Advanced find, I want to
know what different his settings are, and if I need to
make any changes to my settings so that I can get that
option.
We are as I had stated before on the same OS that is
Windows 2000 and also on the same version of Outlook that
is Outlook 2000 SR1 and I would also like to add that I
have seldom seen that option, but trust me, he has it.
We have checked basic things like the fields and
customized it but the option there is not dependent on it.
Request anyone to provide a solution for the same.
