Outlook 2000 : Share custom menus

Hi,

We are using a SBS-Server 4.5 with Exchange 5.5 and Outlook 2000 clients.

We would like to add menu-items to the standard-toolbar in Outlook for all
our users.
Is it possible to share the new menus with all our users ?
