When I reply to an email, and I try to edit the original text (delete parts,
add quotes, move the body of the text down, etc) Outlook shuts down and sends
the ever-useless error report to Microsoft. This happens whether I am using
plain text or html in the reply.
I am running Windows XP pro with Service Pack 2. All applicable updates have
been installed.
