Outlook 2000 signatures do not display properly

Create my main Outlook sig using Word as advanced
editor, as I am inserting my company logo.
I set all text to Arial, some 10 pt.
rest 12 pt.
When I say okay and create a new e-mail,
sig displays, but all fonts are Arial 12 pt.
Isn't there a way to fix everything within
an actual e-mail, then highlight and right-click
and have Outlook save it as the main signature?
All looks okay in the editor (I have Outlook set
to send HTML, not to use Word as e-mail editor.
Only use Word to set up the signature
In addition, it adds a blank line at the very
top, which shows up as being in Times New Roman.
VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!

In addition, I have set this sig to go out
on replies too, but when I click reply,
All of my signature but the graphic logo displays.
Graphic shows as a blank box with red x in
the corner.
