Signatures in Outlook Express

My signature is in Arial 8 pt and shows up as that when I type a new email.
But when I respond to an email my signature defaults to Times Roman 12 pt.

Any suggestions? Thanks,

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
