About fifty percent of the time lately I can't get Outlook 2000 to start,
either by clicking the icon or going to the program menu. Then I can only
get it to start by restarting the computer and starting up Outlook again in
safe mode. The program has been operating great since about last October and
has just started acting up in the past week.
