Outlook 2000 SP3 and Attachments

I have installed all service packs and brought my outlook up to date. I
have also installed a patch to be able to view URL's within the email.

Instead of executing the url I get a box that warns of a possible virus
and it want to save to disk.

How can I stop this, I jut want it to open?
