We're using Task Requests sent by HR to multiple areas so access can be
updated as needed. When the recipient is receiving these requests, they
Accept the Task. It goes into their task list as it should. But the e-mail
that automatically gets sent back to HR is that the Task was completed. That
is erroneous. What causes this and how do I correct it? Thanks, Mark
