Outlook 2000: time send - receive

L

lionne

Hi,

I do receive my mails 40 to 60 min. after it has been send by the sender.
Even if I do a manual send/receive, I don't get the mail into my inbox.
Automatic send/receive all 15 min.

What could be the problem, and how do I solve it?

Thx for all help.

Account type?

No accounting, we are working with a windows exchange server.

I didn't say "accounting", I said "account type" and you've named it.
"Exchange" is the account type. If what you describe were to happen to me,
I'd be tossing the problem into the laps of the Exchange admins. Exchange is
completely responsible for the delivery of messages. Outlook waits upon the
Exchange server to tell it when messages arrive.
