Outlook 2000 - Unwanted header information

Running Windows 2000 with Outlook 2000 some email messages
received from specific individuals are now arriving with
unwanted header information in the body of the message and
any embedded image is being received as an attachment.
How do I correct this? Can I correct this? I have not
found any direction from the knowledge base. Article
224902 acknowledges this occurance but does not provide
any direction.

Any help would be appreciated.
