Outlook 2000 Web Access

I have several users who I would like to have Outlook 2000 web access.
Although some users can log in and access their email, for two users, after
they have logged in over the web, as soon as they click on a message in the
inbox they are repeatedly asked to log in or told that the session has timed
out.

Any help would be appreciated.

By the way I forgot to mention that I am using Exchange 2003

Since OWA is a part of Exchange and not Outlook, you may get a better or
quicker response in an Exchange newsgroup.
