Outlook 2000: where's the data?

I am trying to make a backup on CD-RW of all my cherished self-created
files. Towards this end I want to back up all my e-mail. The problem is
that I haven't found where Microsoft Outlook stores them. Can anyone help
me?

I am using Win98SE.

Search your computer for *.pst That contains all your Outlook data.
