When I try to open my Outlook 2000, basically nothing happens - the hourglass
icon turns and turns, but no result. When I hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete toend the
task, the message simply says "Outlook not responding." I have tried running
the fix program on the installation disk, but it does not help. I am afraid
that if I unintall and reinstall Outlook, I will lose my Calendar and COntact
info and emails.
I can access my email through Outlook Express, but that's it. I have
installed all the Microsoft patches and updates. I have Windows 98 SE, and my
other Office programs (WOrd, Excel) work fine. Any suggestions? (I tried
doing one fix posted on the Outlook users site, but it did not work.) Tks...
