outlook 2000 with swbell email accounts

The problem is knowing what to put in the POP3 and SMTP areas for swbell.net
mail to send and receive email. I check my mail through Yahoo, but the yahoo
set up says does not recognize use id.

You can't retrieve the free HTTP Yahoo mail in Outlook. Use your browser
instead. Free Yahoo is not POP mail.
