Outlook 2000 - Won't Open URL's or Attachments

Hi all,

All of a sudden I am unable to open URL's or attachments
(such as .docs)in my e-mail messages. This just happened
out of the blue and I am unable to find anything in the
KB. When I try to open an attachment or click on a link,
it freezes up the program and I have to end it. Does
anyone have any ideas?

Did you just install SP3 for Office/Outlook? Known
problem with this service pack. KB# 810646. Just ran into
this problem today, even though I've had it on several wks
for several weeks. MS has hot fix, gotta ask for it,
waiting for them to respond.
