outlook 2000

I have Office 2000 and therefore have Outlook 2000. Is there anyway I can get
Outlook 2003 with out buying Office 2003.

Sure. It's a separately licensed product as well. You can order it online
from many places or directly from Microsoft. However, you will pay only
marginally less than what you'd pay for Office. Office 2003 Students and
Teachers Edition is a good deal, if you fit the terms of the license.
