Outlook 2000

I am running outlook 2000 that came with the computer. I have upgraded to XP
professional. Now my email program is not working and the message said to
solve the problem in the future to upgrade. I just need my email program to
work and I don't have a lot of cash to spend on this. It worked one minute,
then after the upgrade it stopped. Help...

XP should run Outlook 2000 just fine. I have it running in the same
environment at work successfully so you shouldn't have to upgrade just to
have a working copy of Outlook.

Please define "not working." Does Outook open or not? Are there error
messages if it doesn't open? What do they say exactly? If Outlook does open,
what happens?
