The automatic download from Microsoft on Dec 16 wiped out the ability to load
outlook. I have the error "Cannot start up Microsoft outlook" I have
Microsoft Office 2000 Small Business and have all the current upgrades. How
can I get the Outlook back into operation without loading my original install
disk? This will bring me back before Service pack 3.
