Outlook 2000

I recently changed my time zone and 2 things have
happened. First of all Outlook will not open. If I switch
the time zones while Outlook is already open all the dates
on the calendar are now in 2 differant days. If I switch
back to the original time zone everythings fine except
email messages have the wrong time received.

Try this to get the event times right:
- export your calendar to a CSV file (using the File menu > Import & Export
command)
- delete all the items in your Calendar
- change time zones
- import the CSV file back into your Calendar folder
