How do i locate where the folders are in outlook? I use
it as my email program as well as the other functions?

Do you mean physically on your hard drive? Right-click on "Personal
Folders" or "Outlook Today" and choose Properties. Click Advanced. Read
where your folders are in the "Filename" field.
