Hello All,

When trying to delete certain emails from outlook 2000
personal folders with attachments and with out, I get a
error: "messaging interface has returned an unknown error"

If I were seeing this error, I'd try the following in this order: 1) create
a new PST, make it my default delivery location, copy everything in the old
PST to the new one, and close and delete the old one. 2) Run Detect and
Repair. 3) Create a new mail profile.

A hour and one half is not a long time to wait for an answer. Two days
isn't a long time either. Be patient. If someone has an idea, s/he will
post.

Thanks Brian it seems to have worked, for the time being.
But this user has so many folders and subfolders. The
only thing I did not do was to create a new profile.
