Ok so here a problem that has perplexed me greatly. I am running
Outlook 2001 connected to an exchange 2003 server. When ever i try to
download attachments from emails the system simply says that it cannot
access them. When ever i try to send an attachment the system says that
it does not have enough resources to complete this task even though
outlook is the only item open. Now if i go into the email through the
companies web interface it works perfectly just not through outlook
2001. I have tried reseting all prefrences and just flat out removing
all traces of outlook and reinstalling it. But as of yet nothing has
worked. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this issue.
